Terms & Conditions
1. Check-in Time: 01:00 Pm And Check-out Time: 11:00 Am. In Case Of Extended Late Checkout A Charge Of Rs. 800/- Per Hour. Will Be Applicable, Subject To Availability Of The Villa On That Day.
2. No Entry Will Be Permitted Without Complete Payment. 50% Advance At The Time Of Booking & Balance 50% While Check-in.
3. Advance Paid Is Not Refundable.
4. Refundable Security Deposit Amount Rs.5000/- Needs To Be Paid While Check-in.
5. Rs.1000/- Per Person Is Charged For An Extra Guest If The Number Of Guests Exceeds 12 People.
6. Wifi Password & All Services Will Start After The Completion Of The Balance Payment.
7. If The Stay Is Without The Meal Package, A Cleaning Charges Of Rs.500/- Will Be Levied.
8. Menu Once Decided Cannot Be Altered.(Please Mention While Booking, Timing Of The Food Needed To Be Served.)
9. Care Taker Services Are Available From 9am To 10pm.
10. Guests Need To Submit Photocopy Of Government Id While Check-in.
11. After 10pm, Loud Music Is Not Allowed.
12. Smoking Is Strictly Prohibited Inside The Villa (Designated Smoking Area: Backyard/pool Area).
13. Consumption Of Alcohol Is Permitted Only Within Limits.
14. Use Of Drugs Is Strictly Prohibited In The Property.
15. Carrying Of Firearms/weapons Is Strictly Prohibited.
16. Spitting In The Property Will Be Charged Rs.1000/- Fine.
17. Visitors For Guest’s Residing At Property Are Not Allowed To Stay.
18. Guests Need To Compensate If There Is Any Physical Damage Or Breakage Of The Belongings Of The Property.
19. All Guests Need To Take Care Of Their Belongings And Valuables Left In The Accommodation Unit. We Are Not Responsible For Any Of Your Lost.
20. If No Damages Are Observed, The Deposit Will Be Returned During Check-out Time.
21. No Fire-cracker/colours Permitted In This Property.

23. Kindly Follow The Below Rules Before Entering The Swimming Pool:
- Alcohol, Smoking And Food Is Not Allowed Inside The Pool.
- Children Below 15 Years Cannot Enter The Pool Without Parental Observation.
- Please Shower Before Entering The Pool.
- Do Not Run Or Push Nearby The Pool Area.
- Adult Supervision Is A Must At All Times When Children Are In Pool.
- No Lifeguard On Duty.
24. Any Complain During The Stay Realated To Agreed Services Should Be Addressed To The Host.
25. Promptly Let Your Host Know If Anything Can Be Done To Make Your Stay Better.
26. Inappropriate Behaviour Or Violation Of Any Of The Above House Rules Will Invite A Polite Refusal To Continue For Further Stay In Property, Management Reserves The Right To Ask Guests To Leave Immediately.
